Preparation steps
- Cook the tagliatelle (according to the instructions on the bag) to be "al dente". Add salt to the cooking water. When they are ready, strain them and mix them with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil so that they do not stick together. Leave covered and in a warm place.
- Finely chop the onion and fry it a little.
- Add diced white chicken. Fry it, stirring constantly.
- When it is done, remove the chicken from the heat and add diced banana (optional 1 or 2), sour cream for cooking (without sugar) and curry.
- Return to the fire until it boils and remove.
- That's it ! PLEASANT!
Serving
I always find it interesting when my guests try to figure out the ingredients in this sauce. You can also prepare some other sauce, e.g. bolognese and mushroom sauce and serve them in three different bowls next to the pasta. Be sure to try it!
