Pasta fuži with truffles
When the spindle-shaped pasta falls in love with truffles, the famous Istrian dish - fuži with truffles, will find its place on the plates of lovers of aromatic flavors of this culinary delicacy.
Preparation steps
- For fuži:
- Add eggs, oil, wine and salt to the flour and knead a firm dough with a little water.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into strips 3-4 cm wide, and then into squares also 3-4 cm wide.
- Shape the joints by folding the opposite ends of each square over each other and pressing them with your finger so that they adhere well to each other.
- Put the fuži to boil in boiling, salted water.
- For the sauce:
- Add grated truffles, parsley, wine, Vegeta, pepper to the butter and when it boils, stir in the drained fuži.
Serving
Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
Advice
Serve with grated truffles (black or white).
