Pasta carbonara in the Bosnian way

I changed the original recipe a bit. My children and husband really like this one.

Preparation steps

  • Cook the pasta.
  • Fry onion and bacon in oil. In a bowl, mix sour cream, milk, egg, salt and pepper. Add the ingredients from the bowl to the onion and bacon. Boil them for 2-3 minutes. Add the pasta and mix well. Sprinkle with parsley.

Serving

It is served warm. As an appetizer, and can be a main dish. Along with the pasta, there is a glass of white wine.
