Preparation steps

  • Pour milk, sugar, flour, thickener, cocoa, vanilla sugar and margarine into the bowl. Put on the stove to cook and mix constantly until the mass thickens.
  • Sprinkle the tin with coconut and pour the hot filling into the tin. Cool for a couple of hours in a fizider
  • Whisk the whipped cream (according to the instructions) and spread on the cooled mass
  • Cut the stake into strips (3cm) and roll them lightly and carefully into a roll so that a dog lokum is formed. Wrap each strip like this
  • Keeping the stake in the fridge is my recommendation because it is refreshing
