Party burritos
Burrito in Spanish means "little donkey". Although there is no trace or voice of the donkey, except in the name of our dish, when serving burritos for a party, it is not out of place to know the answer to every question that curious people can think of.
Preparation steps
- Heat the tortillas briefly in a Teflon pan.
- Place a slice of cheese, a slice of ham on each tortilla, then roll them up.
- Attach the tortillas with toothpicks and fry them in heated oil.
- Remove the toothpicks with the fried tortillas and cut them in half.
Serving
Serve burritos warm with ketchup.
Advice
You can also add sliced pickles to the filling if desired.
