Preparation steps

  • Cut the washed and cleaned squid into rings and dry well with a paper napkin
  • Put flour in one deep plate and eggs, milk and flour in the other as needed so that you get a mixture a little thicker than for pancakes
  • Put the well-dried squid first in the flour and then in the other mixture (a little thicker than for pancakes)
  • Put the squid rings in hot oil and fry for a minute, two first on one side, then turn the other flat
  • Place the finished squid on a paper napkin to absorb excess fat, salt and serve with tartar sauce… ..fries or something to your taste
  • And good luck to you :)))))))))

Serving

This is a really quick and extremely fine dish and I'm sure there are already a lot of recipes with that theme, but here is my modest contribution to these fine seafood delicacies :))))))
