Parfait cheese cake
Light as a cloud, silky texture and delicate taste, the English favorite cheese cake, is a phenomenal choice for "something sweet with coffee".

Preparation steps
- Drain and strain the fresh cow's cheese, then mix it with the sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and grated rind.
- Pour cold milk into a tall bowl, pour the contents of the Parfait cream bag, stir, then mix with an electric mixer (maximum speed) for two minutes. Then add the prepared cheese and continue to stir for another two minutes.
- Immediately pour the cream onto the biscuit base that you placed on the bottom of the cake tin, flatten it and place in the fridge for an hour or two to harden.
- Add sugar to the warmed butter and fry it until light brown, then add the oatmeal, fry them briefly, toss them on a board, cool and chop with a rolling pin.
Serving
Take the cake out of the mold and decorate with a sprinkle of oatmeal.
Advice
If you like, you can sprinkle the cake with ground almonds and walnuts.
