Paradise chocolate cake

I found this recipe on the net, I don't remember where anymore, but I immediately wrote it down ... now it's my turn, at first I was skeptical, but the cake delighted me, very simple, and rich in chocolate flavor. I apologize in advance, if there is the same or similar :).

Preparation steps

  • In a saucepan, on a hot plate, melt water, margarine, sugar and chocolate. When the mass has cooled, add two eggs, one at a time, whipping with a mixer. Then add vanilla sugar, cocoa, baking powder and flour and stir a little more, at the lowest speed. The mass is quite liquid, but that's how it should be ... and I can't describe the stake exactly, it's not heavy, but it's very saturated and full of flavor. Pour into a small pan (does not grow much), greased and floured and bake at 140 for about 35 minutes. Check with a toothpick, because in the original recipe it was written to bake for an hour, which would be very much, it was done in 35 minutes, but I think it would be even nicer if it was baked for a shade less ... some 3-4 minutes. Next time I'll do it :).

Serving

I coated it with icing, but it's not a winning combination..I think it would be best to serve it either with fresh raspberries or with raspberry syrup..next time, I make it that way :)! The cake thrilled me, I even think it could be used as a cake crust, of course, then it should either be cut or baked in a large pan, then divided into two crusts. Again..with that strong crust, a combination of mascarpone and sweet sour cream would go perfectly, a kind of chees cake, another combination to try :)!
