Papules
For many bean paste or spread :-))
Preparation steps
- Cook the beans in the usual way and leave it in the strainer to drip well from the water.
- Mix the beans with an electric stick. First add the vinegar and then the olive oil. The mass will simply "drink" the oil and it is up to you to judge when it is enough!
- Add salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic and, if necessary, refine the taste. Before serving, be sure to sprinkle a little olive oil over the papule, ground pepper and ground pepper.
Serving
The papule can be served as a dip with various snacks, as a side dish to baking or as a coating on toasted slices of bread or crackers. The method of serving depends on the treatment of this dish; dip, side dish or salty “dessert”!
