Preparation steps

  • Cook the beans in the usual way and leave it in the strainer to drip well from the water.
  • Mix the beans with an electric stick. First add the vinegar and then the olive oil. The mass will simply "drink" the oil and it is up to you to judge when it is enough!
  • Add salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic and, if necessary, refine the taste. Before serving, be sure to sprinkle a little olive oil over the papule, ground pepper and ground pepper.

Serving
