Preparation steps
- Whisk together eggs, sugar, butter and honey.
- Add flour, nuts and other ingredients. Knead the dough and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Roll out 1/2 cm thick. Press in the peppermint mold. Cut it out. If desired, coat with buttermilk
- Bake at 175 degrees until lightly browned
