Pangasius with mushrooms in red sauce

Preparation steps
- Add salt to the fillets and place in a fireproof dish so that they do not touch. Medium coarsely chop the onion and sprinkle with fish.
- Wash the mushrooms, drain, cut into large pieces and sprinkle over the fish. Coarsely chop the primrose and pour over the previous ingredients. Add more salt and pepper.
- Sauce preparation: Cut the tomato from the peeled tomatoes large and mix the entire contents of the can mixed with mustard, bring to a boil at a moderate temperature. When it boils, add one cube of butter, white wine and very little tarragon. Leave for about fifteen minutes to lightly simmer. Finally add another cube of butter.
- Pour the sauce over the fish and shake the bowl a little.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the mushrooms are ready. (30-45 minutes).
Serving
Serve warm with rice and lettuce.
