Panettone tiramisu
A little different from the classic tiramisu, but delicious, it is made quickly, and it eats even faster ... The idea for the recipe is from Asda supermarket magazine.
Preparation steps
- Make black coffee; turkey, filter or instant, as desired. Cool and add the liqueur.
- For the cream, cream, sugar and vanilla, whisk together with a mixer. Lightly combine the mascarpone and creme fraiche with a spatula or cooker. Not with a mixer! Then lightly mix the whipped sweet cream into this mixture lightly, also with a spatula or spatula.
- Cut the panettone into slices about 1.5 cm thick. Arrange in a bowl with a diameter of about 18 x 29cm. Pour over the coffee and liqueur mixture. Spread half of the cream on it. Repeat the process with the biscuit and finish with another layer of cream. Coarsely chop the chocolate and sprinkle over the top. Cover the dish with cellophane so that it does not touch the surface and leave in the refrigerator for at least a few hours, preferably overnight. Before serving the tiramisu, you can also sprinkle bitter cocoa over the chocolate.
Serving
* I used Tia Maria liqueur, and Kahlu, Amaretto or rum instead.
