Preparation steps
- Beat eggs well with a mixer, add sugar, out. sugar, fried almonds (you can fry them in a pan or in the oven), flour and baking powder. Stir a little with a mixer and transfer to a floured work surface and continue to knead with your hands until you get a nice dough, which does not stick to your hands.
- Make a loaf from the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, press the loaf a little with your hand (so that it is no longer high to go in width but in height) (my loaf was about 40cm long, 8cm wide and 2cm high) and put oven in a HEATED oven at 160-170 ° C for about 25 min.
- The loaf won't change color much ... after about 20 minutes. touch it a little, the upper crust must be hard, this is a sign that it is ready (it baked for me for 25 minutes)
- Take the roast out of the oven, leave it to cool a bit and cut it lukewarm into thin slices.
- Allow the fetishes to cool and store in a tin box. And here ... you always have a nice homemade dessert for unexpected guests, if you have panduleta left for guests, because we ate ours very quickly: D
