Panda bread
I have made this bread four times so far, not because of the taste, but "what" it hides in itself! And what I wanted was to take off the veil of secrecy when cutting the first dream :-)
Preparation steps
- Knead the flour, sugar, egg yolks, oil, butter, yeast, salt and milk into a smooth dough and leave in a bowl in a warm place to rise. Be sure to cover the wang with self-adhesive foil!
- Divide the resulting dough into three balls: 80 gr (for the brown part of the dough), 280 gr (the green part), and the rest 200-210 gr, the white part of the panda fur!
- Grind three bags of green tea in the elec. coffee grinder. Mix the powder you get with a tablespoon or two of boiling water. Make 280 g of the left dough and powder into a uniform mass. Cover the ball with a small sieve. This dough is for the sum!
- Also mix the cocoa powder with a tablespoon-two of boiling water. Pour into a dough weighing 80 gr and make well! Cover. The dough is for ears and eyes!
- MAKING: 1. Cut a piece of white dough and make a roll the length of a mold in which you will bake bread.
- From the brown dough, make two rolls the length of a mold and cut them lengthwise with a knife. Place two lengths of brown roller on a white roller lengthwise. Insert one white, roller between the brown rollers. Roll out the rest of the white dough mass and cover the finished part of the dough with it under point 2.
- Place the other two brown strips on the coated roller and place a green roller specially made between them.
- Roll out the rest of the green dough and coat it with the previously made from point 4. Coat the bread arranged in this way with egg white, leave it to rise, and put it in a preheated oven for baking. Take the baked bread out of the mold and straighten it so that the heat spreads along the length of the bread and does not spoil!
Serving
The bread is intended for a certain person (he will be recognized) he lives in Australia surrounded by real pandas… I give him this panda and Mema gives me an apron, a couple of pictures of my panda and this Idea The idea of a panda is from the net.
