I’ve tried a lot of different empanadas, from meat, seafood, apples, fried and baked in the oven, but these are the most delicious to me. This is how they make them in the south of Chile, of course everyone has their own way and their own secret!

I prefer fried than fried in oil.
Panzerotti
years spent in italy have left their mark ... panzerotti are excellent "finger food" and everyone adores them. you can prepare them for celebrations, birthdays and family gatherings. they are perfect as an appetizer with legs, and you can make so many of them that they become the only dish - no one will complain! ;)

POTATO PANCEROTS
When you have mashed potatoes left, you can use it this way :) We all love it this way, I made the same with cheese, it's great :) I put the ingredients in the recipe, if you don't have leftover potatoes and you just want to make pancetta;)
