I saw the recipe somewhere on the internet, and I made the pancetta from the picture for the first time so that the shape is not at an enviable level, but it is important that it is very tasty and that everything is eaten! :)

Preparation steps

  • Crumble the yeast in lukewarm milk, add a teaspoon of sugar and flour, stir and leave for 10 minutes. Add water, half the amount of flour and mix. Then add with, mix and slowly add the rest of the flour, mixing by hand. When we have made a fine dough, add the oil along the edges, turn it over in a bowl and leave it to rise.
  • Knead the dough with your hands, if it sticks, add a little more flour. Then separate about 10 balls that we will develop and fill. Cut each ball in half and spread the dough well so that the pancakes are not thick.
  • Fill the dough and squeeze the ends with a fork so that the hope does not leak out. Bake in heated oil. When baked, leave to drain in a strainer or on napkins.
