Pancakes with tuna
... I've never been to France, so I can't say if these are real crepers, although I ate them under that name in Greece… the main difference is that they were big and had different fillings, and this kind of filling was my choice…
Preparation steps
- Make pancakes according to your usual recipe…
- Usually I do this on 2 pans by baking pancakes on one pan, then filium, and on the other pan I bake stuffed…
- So, bake the pancake on one side, and on the other, just turn it a little for a few seconds.
- Take it out on a plate (baked side up), pour another pancake into the pan and while it is baking, you fill the first one: fill only one half, first spread one teaspoon of cream cheese, then grind a little tuna, fresh paprika cut into small cubes, red onion on thin slices and 3 slices of cheese on top like this, then fold the unfilled side over the filled one and put it on the other pan…
- If you do not have the opportunity to bake in two pans, then I would advise you to bake all the pancakes first, while one is baked, you fill them hot, and finally when you finish everything 2 by 2 return to the same pan to bake only a little (approx. 2 min on each side)
