Pancakes with truffle topping

Preparation steps
- Mix eggs, salt, sugar, milk and water.
- Add the flour in which you mixed the cocoa and baking powder. Mix everything together well and let stand for about 15 minutes.
- Bake small, thin pancakes (12 cm in diameter) in a heated pan.
- Heat the honey in a water bath (45 ° C) and stir in the sliced truffles.
- Roll the baked pancakes and arrange them on a serving plate.

Serve drizzled with prepared honey.
Advice
You can prepare honey with truffles sooner, because standing will give honey a more intense smell and taste of truffles.
