Pancakes with rum and raisins

Preparation steps
- Whisk the pancake batter and let it stand. Drizzle the raisins with orange juice and rum. Melt the butter for the sauce, add the orange jam and when it boils add the other ingredients of the sauce. Bring to a good boil and allow the sauce to cool.
- Whisk the cream cheese with the sugar. Add raisins soaked in orange juice and rum. Leave in the cold.
- Bake the pancakes. Top them with cream and pour over the chilled sauce. Serve immediately.
