Pancakes for Viennese soup (Frittatensuppe)

Preparation steps

  • Mix all the ingredients and bake a little thicker pancakes. Cut into strips. Add to the soup plate and pour over the hot beef broth and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Cooked vegetables can also be added.
