Pancakes for Viennese soup (Frittatensuppe)
Delicious savory pancakes as an addition to soups instead of pasta.
Preparation steps
- Mix all the ingredients and bake a little thicker pancakes. Cut into strips. Add to the soup plate and pour over the hot beef broth and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Cooked vegetables can also be added.
- You can also add extra parsley, nutmeg and pepper to your pancake recipe. Try the addition of red ground pepper or chili!
