Preparation steps

  • Clean, wash and tear the bonito into pieces. Add salt, pepper and bake.
  • Clean the chard, wash the slices and put it in a larger pot with boiling salted water. Add the peeled and four-cut tubers. Cook until the chard and tubers are soft. Drain the water and season with plenty of garlic and olive oil. When serving, season the fish with garlic and parsley.
