Pacha cake
Tomorrow is the Epiphany. Every year on this holiday, my family serves drinks, mayonnaise salad and the cake that I will share now. the cake is called a pacha because the whole look resembles a duck or a pie. it has an excellent taste for apples. This is my first shared recipe and I dedicate it to my father, whose name is tomorrow. I can't say where the recipe came from, we've been using it for years.
Preparation steps
- The apples are peeled, cut into pieces and boiled in 1.1 / 2 l of water and 600 g of sugar. vanilla is also added here. The boiled apple is taken out and mashed.
- In the bowl in which the cake will be served, first arrange the biscuits, and then add the mashed apples, and then arrange the biscuits.
- In the water in which the apples were boiled, 3 puddings are boiled. after the pudding thickens, the poplar is applied to the biscuits. I put the bisviti mouth sideways and made a frame. The prepared cake is left to cool and set.
- in the end there is sweet sour cream. the whipped sweet sour cream is the final part of the cake. I finally added grated chocolate, which is not in the basic recipe.
