A wonderful spread of oyster mushrooms, goes very well with some rustic or wholemeal bread and tomato salad…

Preparation steps

  • Fry the oyster mushrooms in onion oil and set aside
  • Boil the eggs
  • Put oyster mushrooms, eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and parsley in a blender, mix everything well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, if it is too thick to mix, add yoghurt as desired.
