Oyster mushrooms with Black Beer
Once upon a time I came across a recipe from jklindzic and it delighted me. This is a rough version with the addition of ingredients according to some of my feeling. Since I really love this dish, I wanted it among my recipes the way I make it. jklindzicu, thanks!
Preparation steps
- Saute the onion, add the oyster mushrooms and sauté while basting with water if it catches.
- Add beer, soy sauce, pepper, salt as needed.
- For the goose sauce, stir a teaspoon of flour into the water and add to the oysters.
- Finally, mix in the chopped parsley.
Serving
Serve with gnocchi, pasta and drink beer.
