Orzo pasta and "truffles"
King mushrooms, black and white truffles, grow in oak forests underground. They have an unusual taste and strong smell. Due to high prices, they are among the most expensive natural foods in the world. Their strong smell will "color" the food in their vicinity. Precisely because of that, prolong your enjoyment: put truffles in a bottle with olive oil, close them well and consume them when you eat a meal with a specific taste and smell :-)
Preparation steps
- Cook the orzo paste according to the instructions on the package!
- Clean the champignons with a paper napkin or towel, cut them into slices and place them on slightly warmed truffle oil. Simmer until the liquid from the champignons is reduced. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve cooked orzo paste on a plate, put stewed champignons in the middle, sprinkle with parmesan and finely chopped parsley leaves. Serve with a glass of white wine and salad as desired. Pleasant!
