Orly breaded ham (recycled Easter ham)
Extremely juicy and tempting looking, even better than on the Easter table when it shone with full splendor. Flying the Orly Way? No offense and an ideal robe for the named lady.
Preparation steps
- Cut the ham into steaks (slices, slices) about half a cm thick. Put it down.
- Orly breading mixture
- Beat the egg whites, with a pinch of salt, with a mixer until stiff. Put it down. Add the beer to the egg yolks in one stream and stir with a whisk until the ingredients come together. Then add flour and salt. Stir further with a whisk until you get a thicker mass than for pancakes. Then combine the snow and a mixture of flour, beer and egg yolks, stirring it lightly with a whisk.
- Sprinkle the ham steaks with sharp flour first (just lightly, without tapping), and then roll them well in the breading mixture. Fry in hot oil and drain off excess fat.
Serving
I believe you will take care of the side dishes yourself depending on your own tastes and tastes. We opted for peas. And a pancake from the rest of the Orly mix is welcome.
