Oreo Cake + Plasma + Ice Cream

For all lovers of Plasma, Oreo biscuits, ice cream and chocolate, one quick and easy recipe for ice cream cake, which you serve with icing and raspberries…. I designed this cake and dedicated it to Pomoravka for her birthday: 0) !!!

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the cream cheese, add the margarine and whisk well. Gradually add the plasma and oreo ground biscuits, whisk well to evenly thicken the smooth mixture.
  • Pour half of the mixture into a medium-sized plastic rectangular transparent container (or any other bowl), press it well and evenly with a spoon, this is your first crust.
  • Spread the ice cream cookie dough directly from the box over the crust and spread it evenly everywhere. Put everything in the freezer. Melt the broken chocolate in the microwave for a few minutes, occasionally opening and stirring. Wait a few minutes just to cool down a bit to be lukewarm.
  • Take out the container and quickly pour over the chocolate and spread it all over the ice cream. Return to the freezer for another 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
  • Pour a spoonful of strawberry ice cream over the chocolate little by little, also distribute evenly and return to the freezer for at least an hour to set well.
  • When the strawberry ice cream has set, coat the second crust (which was at room temperature or in the fridge) and leave for another 2 hours for everything to set well.
  • Take out the cooled ice cream cake and turn it over on a tray, coat with icing and sprinkle with raspberries. Cut as needed, keep the rest in the freezer!
