Orangutan
Another quick-cooking vegan dessert, in honor of orangutans.
Preparation steps
- In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
- Pour the squeezed juice of 1.5 oranges into a cup (0.25 l), and pour water into the rest of the cup. Pour everything into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add finely grated carrots, oil and rum, grate a little orange peel, and stir everything once more to even out the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Melt the chocolate in a steamer with a little oil and the juice of half an orange and spread on the already cooled cake.
- Note: - The dough does not need to be worked with a mixer
