Preparation steps

  • Walnuts that have not yet begun to form a crust, pierce in several places, I do it with a fork or a pointed stick, put in a jar.
  • Sprinkle them with sugar, add vanilla and pour over brandy.
  • Cover the jar with cellophane or you can just cover it with a suitable plate, leave it at room temperature for ten days.
  • Then drain the liqueur and pour into bottles. There is one note in the recipe, that you can repeat the procedure once more, to get a new amount.

Serving

Serve to your liking, with a nice bite, in good company ....
