Preparation steps

  • Whisk the margarine with the sugar, add the egg yolks, flour, baking powder, melted chocolate and ground walnuts. Finally, mix in the whipped solid egg whites. bring the sour cream to a boil, add the cooking chocolate, then remove from the heat and stir until the chocolate has melted completely. When the cream has cooled completely, put it in the fridge and leave for an hour or two to set well. until the cream lightens a little, then mix in the ground walnuts. Cherry jelly. Cook 500 g of pitted cherries until soft. Sweeten to taste and add gelatin prepared according to the instructions from the bag. Pour into a tray in which the crust is baked and leave to cool well. Moisten the crust with cherry juice. Spread chocolate and walnut filling over the soaked crust. Place the cooled cherry jelly over the filling. Apply the whipped cream whipped with sweet sour cream and sugar to taste. Decorate the cake. e and allow to cool well.

Serving

it is nicely cut, the lighter cherry cake gives it a special taste.
