Oopsie cheesecake

Delicious, simple and low-calorie cheesecake ... I don't know what the word "oopsie" means in "oopsie bread", but as oopsie bread inspired me for the ingredients, I will call the modified recipe for this fine dessert - my oopsie cake;)

Preparation steps

  • In a bowl, lightly mix the cottage cheese to break up the lumps.
  • Add eggs, baking powder, lemon zest, about 20 drops of stevia (or a sweetener of your choice), orange flavor and finally a few raisins.
  • Place the oven in a small mold for about 40 minutes at 185 ° C. Good apetite!

Serving

Of course you can change or eliminate the aroma of orange or raisins, for me this was a sweet and refreshing variant.
