Oka pie or cooked soy

If it takes you a long time to make okara, you can also use ground cooked soy izra so… to make the pie.

Preparation steps

  • So make okaru according to the above recipe or if it is long or complicated for you then you can use ground cooked soy
  • Chop the leeks and sauté them in a little oil and water.
  • Add okara or ground boiled soy, eggs and yogurt and stir to smooth the mixture nicely.
  • Mix the rest of the oil with acidic water and pastry, then moisten the crusts with that mixture (I coat them with a brush).
  • Count the crusts and divide them into three equal parts.
  • Arrange 1/3 of the crust in a tray of appropriate size, coating them with liquid oil and acidic water, then spread half of the filling on the surface, continue arranging the second third of the crust as previously described, and when you spend them, spread the rest of the filling on them. the same way to stack the remaining crusts.
  • Cut the pie into cubes and pour over the mixture of eggs and yogurt and bake at 200 C for about 30 minutes.

Serving

I used to make leek and soybean pie in a similar way, but I have to admit that I like it better this way :)) The pie "went" in the reen so that the slice arrives later :)) Pleasant!
