Ohrid pinerle :)
These pinerles are given for a snack in every school in our country. Everyone adores them.
Preparation steps
- Mix milk, 9 teaspoons of oil, sugar, salt, yeast and flour well. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place. Divide the dough into 6 noodles and let it rise again. Divide each noodle with a rolling pin and coat with 1/6 of the margarine (the margarine is divided into 6 cubes to coat those 6 noodles). When it is coated with margarine, young cheese is placed on top and rolled into a roll. Each roll is cut into 6-7 pieces. Repeat the process with the other noodles. Leave like this to grow again. Coat the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. When they rise, bake at 180C, 25 minutes.
- This is how the dough looks kneaded and divided into 6 balls
