This is a Novi Pazar specialty, a favorite in my family, but because of the many calories it is not so common.

Preparation steps

  • The dough is as thick as for pancakes.
  • Pour 2 scoops of dough into a greased pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake until slightly browned.
  • Pour everything in a row between the floors.
  • Brush with oil.
  • Shred finely and pour over the dressing. Melt the butter, add the sour cream and knead.
