Obaruša
This is a Novi Pazar specialty, a favorite in my family, but because of the many calories it is not so common.
Preparation steps
- The dough is as thick as for pancakes.
- Pour 2 scoops of dough into a greased pan and spread evenly.
- Bake until slightly browned.
- Pour everything in a row between the floors.
- Brush with oil.
- Shred finely and pour over the dressing. Melt the butter, add the sour cream and knead.
