Oatmeal cookies with maltex

Preparation steps

  • In the dry mix both types of flour, oatmeal, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, chocolate drops.
  • Add eggs, butter and maltex. Using a spoon, mix everything into a compact mixture. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Spoon out pieces of the mixture the size of a larger walnut, with wet hands and lightly shape into balls, lightly flatten them (they will spread themselves when baking) and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with a larger gap (baking sheet-4 pieces in a row). Bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes - until they slowly start to get colored.
  • Cool off and enjoy a snack !!!!!
  • From this amount of mixture, I dropped 18 biscuits. I made the second tour and experimented a bit, I used coconut fat instead of butter in the same amount, and instead of maltex med-biscuits are just as good, so now how does it suit !!!!
