Preparation steps

  • Separate the egg yolks and egg whites in two bowls and whisk by adding sugar to the egg yolks, combine the egg yolks and egg whites and mix. Put flour and baking powder in one bowl and mix. When the eggs are well beaten, add flour and baking powder to the mixture.
  • Shake the mixture in a baking pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the sugar and water, and put to cook for about 5 minutes. After five minutes, add one small cup of water and bring to the boil again. Pour the cooled nutmeg over the cooled agave.

Serving

Cut the cold cake into diamonds or cubes and serve.
