Nutella surprise!

Wonderful crispy biscuits with a soft nutella filling! Also my 100th recipe!

Preparation steps

  • Put nutella and powdered sugar in a small bowl, mix well and make balls from the resulting mixture! You will get 24 balls. Put them in a baking tray lined with baking paper and set aside.
  • Mix well the softened butter, sugar and vanilla sugar and add the egg. Mix the foam. Add sifted flour, baking powder, milk in which the chocolate has melted. Knead a fine smooth and soft dough.
  • The easiest way to stretch the dough is with a rolling pin between two baking papers, about half a cm. thickness.Cut 24 cubes.
  • Place a nutella ball on each cube and shape into a ball, which you will roll in coarsely ground peanuts.
  • Lay on a baking tray and lightly press and flatten each ball! All biscuits fit in a larger baking tray than the oven, it does not spread when baked!
  • Preheat the oven to 200 'and bake for approx. 15 min. They will be soft when you take them out of the oven, they harden by cooling.
  • Note: In the original recipe, 1 salt of sugar goes into the dough, it was sweet enough for me and with half the salt! If you like sweets, feel free to add more!
