Nutella Oreo Cheesecake
After seeing this recipe on You tube, I had to try it and adjust the amount of nutella to my liking :) The cake was eaten the same day it was made! Everyone was thrilled with it, and the preparation couldn’t be simpler. Groceries are only a little more expensive, but it pays off :)
Preparation steps
- Put Oreo biscuits, hazelnuts, butter and Nutella in the multipractice and chop them all together until you get a compact mixture. If necessary, add more Nutella to bind the mixture. Once you’ve got the shape of the mixture you can shape, pour it into a cake pan (which you don’t need to spread or flour before) and spread evenly and press down on the bottom of the mold.
- Put cream cheese and Nutella in a bowl, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or steam and add it to the bowl and mix everything well. Depending on what flavor suits you best, add Nutella as desired. When your cream evens out, pour it over the Oreo biscuit biscuit and flatten.
- To get a crunch, chop the remaining hazelnuts and Oreo biscuits into large pieces with a larger knife and sprinkle over the cream. If you want, you can just cut Oreo biscuits in half. I leave it to your imagination to decorate the cake with crunch. :)
- Put the cake in the fridge and you can serve it after 2 hours.
