Nutella Cheesecake - Atomic Ant

Most of the recipes I’ve posted so far are some kind of candy, which abounds with chocolate. So you will be surprised what is the case with this recipe as well. It got its name because I made a very small amount, but very strong, just like an atomic ant, :). By the way, this is a mixture, ie an improvisation of two recipes that I found on Pinterest. http://omgchocolatedesserts.com/mini-chocolate-peanut-butter-cheesecakes/ http://guff.com/14-incredible-recipe-ideas-using-nutella/nutella-cheesecake I made a really small cake, only 4 slightly larger pieces, so if you want more double the quantities.

Preparation steps

  • First prepare the crust I first mixed the margarine and plasma. It is not bad to melt the margarine a little or at least leave it to soften at room temperature. Then I added Nutella as well. Originally, the mixture was a bit sandy, you can leave it that way. I was afraid that it would not form well, so I added a little milk, maybe half a cup, and mixed it all until a compact mixture was formed. Pour the mixture into a mold and spread evenly on the bottom. While you make the cream, put it in the fridge to harden.
  • Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract until it becomes a fine compact cream. Try and add more sugar to taste, if you don't feel sweet enough. Spread 3/4 of the cream evenly on the crust, then return to the refrigerator. Add Nutella to the rest of the cream and mix until you get a fine cream once again. Spread the Nutella cream over the white cream and leave everything in the fridge overnight.

Serving

Decorate as desired.
