Nutcracker cake

Preparation steps
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the other ingredients and whisk well into the dough. Put a little in the fridge to cool. Roll out with a rolling pin and cover with a 22cm mold

- * As for chocolate cream, in March Nestle has released a new product "chocolate cream", and if you can't find it in the store then make it according to this recipe: 50 g dark chocolate 50 g cocoa 25 g flour 1/2 l milk 2 egg yolks 2 teaspoons of sugar In a bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar, and add sifted cocoa with a few teaspoons of milk. Heat the rest of the milk over a low heat. Add flour to the egg yolk mixture, stir, then add warm milk and mix well again. Mix all this awkwardly over a low heat until it thickens. (For this cake it should be quite thick and add more flour if necessary)
- When we get the cream, mix it with the egg mixture and finally add the hazelnuts and almonds, then slowly stir everything
- Pour over the base, then place in a preheated oven. Bake at 180ºC, for about 35 minutes or until you see that it is done, cover with aluminum foil at the end
- When cool decorate as desired
