Nuffle muffins

Preparation steps
- We will preheat the oven to 200 ° C. We will combine all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa in one bowl.
- We will lightly beat the eggs with an electric mixer or a wire. Add oil and cream. Stir. We will join the liquid mass to the dry one and mix everything and make a nice smooth mass. Do not mix too long and intensively with a mixer.
- We will fill each basket halfway. Then put one teaspoon of Nutella and cover with another piece of dough. (Be careful not to overfill them and leak them later.)
- FOR CHOCOLATE GLAZING: Melt the chocolate with butter in steam (not in boiling water, but remove it so that it does not boil), when it is melted, add the cream and mix everything until you get a nice smooth mass. Coat the cooled Muffins with a spoon or just soak their heads in chocolate cream.
- Bake them for approx. 20 minutes. The muffins are done when they come back up again at the touch of a finger. We will coat the cooled Muffins with a little heated or dooooobor mixed Nutella. And then close your eyes, turn on Rundek and forget about all the children in the world :) I'm looking forward to your pictures;)
Serving
In the original recipe from the book "1 Teig 100 Muffins", dark chocolate is used instead of Nutella.
