Nova Proja

For years I made proju in one and the same way and I didn’t know any better, until at work I heard of a new one. Here I share it with you.

Preparation steps

  • Beat the eggs.
  • Add milk, sour water, oil and salt.
  • Mix the flour with the baking press, then add the wet ingredients.
  • Finally add the shredded cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a tray lined or lined with baking paper.
  • It would be good to be able to stand like this for about 3 hours, and only then bake.
  • Bake at 180 ° C, 40 minutes.
  • The mixture is thinner, so you don't get scared - like for pancakes.

Serving

The point is that the proja is soft. It is hairy, not dry, difficult to swallow - it does not stick. Something like that happened with my first recipe for proju! Whether there is the same or a similar recipe on these pages - I did not check. I made 1 and a half recipe today, i.e. quantity.
