Nougat wafers
easy to make and delicious… this recipe is from PIK bakery from Djakovo so called. Tena, they make and sell cakes like this in my bakeries from my favorite winter cakes.
Preparation steps
- Boil 1 liter of milk (crunch for about 2 and a half hours) with 40 dag of sugar until the mass becomes thick and light brown in color.
- In the cold add the nougat and margarine.
- Mix well and fill between 5 wafer sheets.
- Let stand for a while in the cold before serving if possible anyway :))
