Nougat-orange cake
I was thinking of a special taste ... nougat, but my husband loves oranges in cakes, so I took and made a special cake that has it all in it. Try it you will like it for sure.
Preparation steps
- Bake the biscuit and when it cools down a bit, sprinkle it with one orange juice. Coat with lemon curd before filling the cake.
- For the nougat cream: Melt the nougat and chocolate with sweet cream in a steamer, mix well and leave to cool well (at least 4 hours). After that, mix well and the volume will double. Apply the cream on the biscuit and leave in the fridge to cool.
- For the orange cream: Soak the gelatin, mix the sour cream (sour cream) with the sugar and orange peel. Mix the dissolved gelatin with 2-3 tablespoons of this cream, add the rest and mix well. Now add the whipped cream and liqueur and combine everything together and apply the nougat cream and grate the dark chocolate on top. Leave in the fridge until the next day if possible. Pleasant!
