Norwegian dessert with berries

Originally a Norwegian specialty with berries, it is not uncommon. Sweet cream, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries are the ingredients of many Norwegian desserts, and are characterized by lightness and quick preparation.

Preparation steps

  • Cool the whipping cream well.
  • Pour the cooled cream into a tall narrow bowl and beat it with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the whipped cream fix and continue to mix for another minute.
  • Stir in about 150 g of berries.
  • Fill the cones with the obtained whipped cream and decorate with the remaining berries.

Serving

Sprinkle with mint leaves and serve.
