Noodles with mushrooms in the Slovenian way
I didn't know that Slovenians also know how to cook…: D But they seem to know, and that's fine o: P
Preparation steps
- Wash the porcini mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Cook the noodles in salted water and strain. Fry the chopped onion in butter, add the mushrooms and sauté for about 15 minutes, add the parsley, salt and pepper and sauté until dry. Add flour, stir, then add mixed cream and mashed tomatoes. Leave for a minute - two to cook, add the cooked noodles and stir. Pour everything into a refractory bowl greased with butter. Finally, sprinkle everything with parmesan or grated cheese and bake at a medium temperature for about 15 minutes in the oven.
