Preparation steps

  • Knead the dough from sifted flour, butter or fat, egg yolks, sugar and lemon zest. Leave to stand for 15 minutes.

  • Roll out the dough to 0.5 cm thick and cut into a round shape. Place the filling in the shape of a tower or ball in the middle and bake at a low temperature, 160 ° C for about 15 minutes. They must not darken. Baked and hot roll in powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
