Noke in a fine sauce
Very easy to prepare, simple, and so delicious. And most importantly you don't need a lot of ingredients. Try it.
Preparation steps
- Pour water into a skillet, add and salt and wait for it to boil. As soon as the water boils, add the noke. Cook the hi at a low temperature. When they start coming out on the surface, then they are cooked. Strain hi. While the nocks are draining, you prepare the sauce.
- Put sour cream, sour cream in the pan and stir until everything is melted. When dissolved, add the strained nails.
- Leave for another minute to simmer together.
- Then take it out on a plate, sprinkle generously with parmesan and serve warm.
