"No limit" yogurt - biscuit cake
The recipe is totally simple and open to countless variations on the same theme. I know that there is a "sea" of similar recipes… this variant is the one I use most often to prepare this quick treat…
Preparation steps
- Put the biscuits in a bag, close it and crumble it with a meat hammer. Leave some larger pieces as well
- Add powdered sugar, ground walnuts, cocoa (or chocolate powder), vanilla extract to the yogurt and mix. Determine the amount of yogurt yourself in relation to the dryness of the biscuits
- Cut two ripe bananas into rings and mix into a mixture of biscuits and yogurt
- Make the mixture and press it into the cake pan with your palms. Refrigerate
- Prepare the whipped cream according to the given instructions and coat the outside of the cake
- Garnish with fruit
