NJAM NJAM ROLICE by Petra

Here is a recipe that I haven't put together yet, but since I was delighted with the taste, I immediately stringed the recipe and soon I will put it together. I was at a birthday party and Petra delighted me with that roll. The recipe includes ingredients for orange and green roll.

Preparation steps

  • Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, beat the egg whites in the snow and put the egg yolks, yoghurt, baking powder, ajvar or spinach in another bowl.
  • When we mix all the ingredients alternately we put flour and egg whites and combine everything… ..
  • Place the resulting mixture in a square pan lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 ° C.
  • When it is warm, roll it together with the paper and when it cools, fill it with the prepared filling and roll it back nicely and wrap it in foil and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Serving

I haven't worked yet, but my imagination is already doing everything…
